July 20th, 2010 // Swedish Snocross Champion Johan Lidman Joins Team Sportech Racing
Elk River, MN-- One of the most talented, up and coming snocross stars in the world is coming to race against the best of the best in the International Series of Champions (ISOC) National tour this winter. Nineteen year-old Johan Lidman (pronounced, “leed-man”) will join the Team Sportech Racing effort for the 2010-2011 season and will compete in the pro ranks for the entire ISOC National tour. March 29th, 2010 // Bauerly Wins Both Pro Privateer Crowns
Geneva, WI--The grueling nine race International Series of Champions (ISOC) National Snocross Tour concluded at the Big Finale in Geneva, Wisconsin March 20-21. It has become known as one of the most challenging and longest snocross tracks in the world, as it weaves its way up and around the ski resort of Grand Geneva. This go around was no different, as thousands of fans crowded the stands and elevated viewing areas in order to catch one last glimpse of the best snocross riders in the world battle for year-end supremacy as points battles came down to the last race of the season. Hayward, WI--The warriors of winter returned to the national battle front in Hayward, Wisconsin, March 6-7; as the International Series of Champions (ISOC) National Snocross Tour neared the end of a competitive season. March 4th, 2010 // Carlson Doubles on Podium at MN Regional
Elk River, MN--It was a homecoming of sorts for Team Sportech as they enjoyed a week away from racing before returning to action at the NOS Energy Drink International Series of Champions (ISOC) Minnesota Regional Snocross event at ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota. With pro team members Paul Bauerly and Taylor Carlson sitting out to nurse minor nagging injuries in preparation for the next national event, the team focused its efforts on the youngest pilot in the hauler as Andrew Carlson battled in the Semi-Pro ranks with some of the fastest national riders in North America. Shakopee, MN--A January thaw and a steady diet of rain highlighted the Shakopee, Minnesota weekend in the fourth stop of the International Series of Champions National Snocross tour. January 13th, 2010 // Carlson Runs Strong in Semi-Pro Field
Salt Lake City, UT--A new venue, a short and challenging race track and the pressure of a new level of competition made for a challenging day of racing for Team Sportech in round three national action in Salt Lake City, Utah. A new one-day format instituted by the International Series of Champions (ISOC) race circuit necessitated the elimination of the national sport class, forcing Team Sportech racer Andrew Carlson, to jump up to the Semi-Pro ranks. Elk River, MN--Racing your home track is usually always cause for celebration, but this past weekend such jubilation was held in check for Team Sportech as the challenges of the ERX Motor Park track were heightened by lingering heavy snow dust creating a very difficult racing environment.
